Because the photon trapping radius far exceeds the Bondi radius for micro black holes in white-dwarf or neutron-star matter, photons generated near the hole diffuse outward more slowly than the surrounding matter falls in, and given that the flow inside a star is quasi-spherical rather than disk-like, there is no low-density channel through which they could escape instead. The radiation is therefore carried inward with the accreting matter rather than emerging to push back on the inflow.
